About

Greg is the Founder and President of 10X Growth Advisors, with the goal of helping companies become disruptive industry-leading forces. 

Greg is an accomplished global senior executive with over 30 years leading organizations through start-up, turnaround, and high-growth cycles, and has held senior leadership and technical positions at Siemens, Mentor Graphics, Tanner EDA, Sprint, General Electric, and McKinsey & Company. He has broad experience in multiple industries, including semiconductor and supply chain, and a proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and implement business strategies for growth. 

Greg recently was GM of Custom IC Design at Siemens, where he lead their analog mixed-signal design flow.  Previously, Greg was President of Tanner EDA, where he delivered record revenue growth and facilitated the exit to Mentor Graphics.  Prior to Tanner, Greg was CEO and Board Member of ASP Global Services, a leading SaaS supply chain solution providing innovative inventory and warehouse management solutions.  Over his career, Greg has built a reputation for operational excellence, innovative strategic thinking, working with the highest level of integrity, and a deep and passionate commitment to his customers.  

He is a speaker and panelist on the subject of technology and has served on numerous advisory boards for technology companies, ranging from SaaS to the metaverse. As CEO/President of two software companies, Greg’s leadership approach contains a founder mentality, with an obsessive approach to product-market fit, customer satisfaction, and creating a thriving work environment.

Greg enjoys the outdoors, and when not working, he can be found golfing, skiing or the occasional game of men’s pickup ice hockey.
